Avoiding Emotional Fatigue (EAP Webinar)

April 20, 2021
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Research shows that people suffering from emotional fatigue have less patience with family, friends and work colleagues, and become frustrated easily. These experiences are exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s important to pay attention to your emotional energy.

Avoiding Emotional Fatigue is a webinar created to help participants understand the effects of ongoing stress, and identify strategies to care for themselves and support others. Learn to note factors that drain you, reduce strain, fix what you can, and handle what you can’t so you can avoid emotional fatigue and thrive through the long-term.

This webinar is audio only; video will be off for participants.
