Reframe Thinking and Reduce Stress

July 16, 2020
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Optimism helps a person avoid the biochemical reactions triggered by stress. It allows the immune system to function more efficiently. It isn’t surprising that people with optimistic attitudes tend to be healthier all around.

What may be surprising is that optimism can be learned.  This webinar demonstrates how to reframe thinking to have a more positive attitude, reduce stress, alter self-defeating patterns of thought, and utilize constructive self-feedback to reach personal goals.

Following this webinar, participants will be better able to:

  • Identify their tendency toward optimistic or pessimistic framing of events
  • Utilize techniques for reframing their interpretation of stressful situations
  • Practice optimistic thinking
