Tips for Getting a Good Night’s Sleep

Are you getting enough sleep? Are you getting enough good sleep? If you have trouble sleeping, you may feel like there’s little you can do. However, by following recommendations known as “sleep hygiene,” you may be able to get the rest you need.

3 Tips for Satisfying Sleep:
  1. Give your brain a break from phone, computer and other screens before bedtime
  2. Avoid stimulants like smoking, caffeine or large meals in the hours leading up to bedtime
  3. Increase daily exercise, even just a walk around the block may help
