The deadline to submit 2024 Healthcare and Dependent Care claims to UnitedHealthcare is Monday, March 31, 2025.
- To check your FSA balance or submit a claim, please visit myuhc.com or call United Healthcare for assistance at 800-232-9357.
- If you participated in the Healthcare FSA and do not submit 2024 claims by Monday, March 31, 2025, you will forfeit any 2024 balance in excess of $640.
- If you participated in the Dependent Care FSA―including the Child Care Benefit―and do not submit 2024 claims by Monday, March 31, 2025, you will forfeit any remaining 2024 balance.
