Dear Colleague:

It’s time to review and make updates to your contact information so you receive important materials by mail—including 2021 Benefits Open Enrollment details.

Please review and make any updates by Monday, September 28, 2020.

2021 Benefits Open Enrollment begins November 2, 2020. Look for related materials throughout October.

HOW TO REVIEW AND UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION

• Go to my.columbia.edu
• Log in with your UNI and password
• Scroll down and select “View and/or Update Your Personal Information”
• Confirm access using multi-factor authentication (DUO; how to setup DUO MFA)
• Make necessary updates

If your address and telephone numbers are up to date, no action is needed.

If you have a mailing address other than your home address: Enter a “mail” address. When provided, the University will use the mailing address.
