HOW TO REVIEW AND UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
- Go to my.columbia.edu
- Log in with your UNI and password
- Scroll down and select “View and/or Update Your Personal Information”
- Confirm access using multi-factor authentication (DUO; how to setup DUO MFA)
- Make necessary updates
If your address and telephone numbers are up to date, no action is needed.
If you have a mailing address other than your home address: Enter a “mail” address. When provided, the University will use the mailing address.
If you have difficulty logging in, contact the CUIT Service Desk by ticket: cuit.columbia.edu/service-desk, or by phone: 212-854-1919.
