The Delegated Identity Administration (DIA) system enables Manager Self-Service users to register new employees and departmental associates. Through DIA, MSS users can:
- Generate UNIs and UPNs
- Grant access to selected network services
- Authorize ID card issuance
- Publish online directory entries
