Summer 2026 - Job-Related Graduate Education Certification Reminder
Data from Columbia’s Student Financial Services (SFS) shows that you are enrolled in graduate-level studies–either non-degree course(s) or a degree program for the Spring 2026 term. However, we do not yet have a supervisor-certified Job-Related Graduate Education Certification (JRGEC) form on file for you.

Important Information Regarding Work-Study Fiscal Year End Processing
As part of fiscal year-end processing, all active Federal Work-Study positions have been inactivated in PAC effective June 15, 2026. We recognize that this represents a change from prior years and appreciate your patience as we implement the new process.
