Columbia University Human Resources (CUHR) is dedicated to providing quality service to develop, manage and support the University's vibrant community—so our faculty and staff can do great work. We identify and respond to changing needs and help implement creative solutions that enable the University to attract and retain an exceptional workforce.
While many schools and departments have their own HR offices, Central HR serves the entire Columbia community. We provide a full range of services, including recruiting, interviewing, placing and guiding employees; maintaining benefits and payroll; mediating conflict; hosting trainings; and, offering learning and development programs.
