Learning & Development workshops are available to staff/faculty at Columbia University Affiliate institutions, including: Barnard College, Jewish Theological Seminary, Manhattan School of Music, Teachers College, and other members of the University community. Affiliate Registration & Payment
L&D offers a combination of in-person and virtual workshops. Virtual sessions are held via Zoom, and simulate an in-person classroom experience, featuring individual and group activities. Descriptions, including price and location are noted in the Fall 2024 Snapshot of L&D Workshops below, as well as in each course in Affiliate ELM.
- Affiliates of Columbia University may register for a course by creating an account in the Affiliate portal of the Enterprise Learning Management system (ELM).
- Review the How to create an Account in ELM for Affiliates of CU job aid for detailed instructions on how to do this.
- Please pay careful attention to the Security Key, as this is needed for account creation.
- After your Affiliate ELM account has been setup, you may login to ELM to register for a L&D workshop.
