Practicing gratitude is often touted as an easy way to boost our mood and brighten our day, but research shows its benefits are deeper and more powerful than we might realize. A gratitude practice can help lower blood pressure, strengthen our immune system, even support heart health–and it doesn’t end there. In addition to helping to build resilience and foster empathy, showing gratitude can stimulate commitment, motivation, and extra-role behaviors; promote a sense of unity; and support the morale of employees when their work is demanding.

But what happens when real life gets in the way and being grateful feels like an impossible task?

On March 18, join Calm Health in a discussion on strategies for incorporating gratitude into your daily life, even when times are tough. You'll learn:

  • How to bring more gratitude into the workplace
  • Common barriers to practicing gratitude
  • Simple exercises to cultivate a gratitude practice
