CUIMC Human Resources and the Department of Public Safety partners with Shotokan Karate Club to offer a free self-defense class. All CUID holders are welcome!

What we will be covering:

  • Situational awareness
  • Street smarts
  • Safe commuting
  • Basic self defense tactics

Dress attire:

  • Sneakers and comfortable gear

Location:

  • 50 Haven Avenue, Athletic Center, Level 3

Participation is limited. If you are not sure if you can make it, please do not RSVP. This is a very popular class and fills up fast.
