With the advances in technology we have today, connecting with others is right at our fingertips. However, loneliness is at an all-time high.

During this training we will take a look at how technology has changed our day to day social interactions and how these changes have affected the way we connect and interact with others. We will explore ways to use technology wisely yet still maintain that personal touch in our relationships.
