This document constitutes the Columbia University Retiree Medical and Life Insurance Benefits Plan (the “Plan”). Columbia University (the “Employer”) has established this Plan to provide medical and life insurance benefits to eligible Retired Employees of the Employer and their dependents. The Plan also includes a Retiree health reimbursement arrangement, which is a component of the Plan for the benefit of certain of its retirees.
