February is American Heart Health Month. When we take care of our hearts as part of our self-care, we set an example for others.

Columbia University's Office of Human Resources-Benefits is hosting the inaugural CU Thrive event on Tuesday, February 27 from 12 to 1 p.m. This session will focus on Heart Health.

Join us for an informative panel discussion where Dr. Corey Bradley, Dr. Margaret McEntegart, Yelitza Castanos, DNP, and Dr. Biana Roykh from ColumbiaDoctors Cardiology, Primary Care and the Columbia College of Dental Medicine will discuss the importance of, and how to, adopt heart healthy lifestyle behaviors to help you live your most optimal life.
