Understanding others leads to a deeper understanding of yourself. In this experiential workshop, we will explore the transformative power of extrospection, introspection, and mindfulness to unlock problem-solving, creativity, and connection within you and your team. Welcome to Outside In!

Key Learning Objectives:

  1. Improving Interpersonal Work Relationships: Use the skill of extrospection to grow in understanding of others and yourself.
  2. Cultivating Creativity & Innovation: Observation of others and environments can help to unlock innovation that has otherwise been untapped.
  3. Promoting a Healthy Work Culture: Extrospection can be used to help increase empathy, humility, and increase team dynamics.
  4. Releasing Overthinking & Burnout: Extrospection allows us to step outside of our minds to gain new insights to empower us in our work.
  5. Growth & Development: Extrospection can help to understand one another and one's self deeply.

Instructor: Kevin Myers, MS, AEP, ATC is the University’s Ergonomist who holds a Master of Science in Ergonomics and Biomechanics from New York University, a license as a Certified Athletic Trainer, and certification as a Certified Life Coach.
