Your Benefits

  • TIAA and Vanguard retirement planning specialists are available for one-on-one consultations throughout the year. Both vendors have available dates and times specific to Columbia University employees. You do not have to be enrolled in a Columbia University retirement savings plan to call a retirement planning specialist. If you’d like to make an appointment, visit the TIAA and Vanguard websites.
  • If you take mass transit, or drive to work, the Transit/Parking Reimbursement Program (T/PRP) is a convenient way to pay for commuting expenses with pre-tax dollars, deducted directly from your paycheck each month. You can learn more about your options and how to make your election in CUBES.
