During annual Benefits Open Enrollment, the University hosts Benefits Information Forums and in-person Benefits Expos and Health Screening events to help you make informed choices about your offerings. Recordings and presentations of this year's events are available below.

Each year, we have hosted special sessions with our partners so that you can learn more about new benefits and enhancements to existing benefits.

Maven Menopause & Midlife Health

This specialty forum introduces Maven Menopause & Midlife Health. Maven, which currently provides support for maternity, fertility, surrogacy and adoption, will also provide support for menopause beginning in 2025.

Benefits Expos and Health Screening Events

Learn more about the for free on-site events that help faculty and staff understand their benefits and health! 

The Benefits Expos feature HR representatives and vendor partners who provide information and answer questions. Screenings include on-site biometric screening to know your blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol numbers.
