During annual Benefits Open Enrollment, the University hosts Benefits Information Forums and in-person Benefits Expos and Health Screening events to help you make informed choices about your offerings. Recordings and presentations of this year's events are available below.
Open Enrollment Information Forums
Attend benefits information sessions specifically for your employment group.

MetLife Legal Services
- Thursday, Oct. 26, 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Legal services typically cover a wide range of legal matters such as: wills and estate planning, buying or selling a home, debt collection, traffic tickets, family law and more.
UnitedHealthcare (UHC) Optional Vision Plan
- Wednesday, Nov. 8, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

Officers can elect to purchase Optional Vision coverage for themselves and covered dependents that is in place of the basic vision benefit in their medical plan. If an Officers does not purchase Optional Vision, then they will keep the Basic Vision plan.
Benefits Expos and Health Screening Events
Learn more about the for free on-site events that help faculty and staff understand their benefits and health! The Benefits Expos feature HR representatives and vendor partners who provide information and answer questions. Screenings include on-site biometric screening to know your blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol numbers.
