EAP Services

Benefits-eligible employees are entitled to one initial 30-minute legal consultation per separate legal matter at no cost. Consultations are provided by experienced attorneys who are licensed and qualified to practice law in each state, per area of expertise. They take place in the attorney’s office or by telephone.

After the initial 30-minute, free consultation, if additional legal services are required and you wish to retain the participating attorney, you will be offered a discounted fee: 25% off the attorney's normal hourly rate. 

Note: This benefit cannot be used in any adverse action against any employer.

Mediation

Mediation is a process in which a trained legal professional (a mediator) assists disputing parties in resolving legal issues.  Mediators do not give legal advice but can offer their opinion regarding settlement solutions and resolving cases such as:

Civil matters 

Contractual Disputes, Real Estate, Land Lord/Tenant, Collections, Consumer Disputes

Family matters

Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Parenting Agreements, Family Crisis, Elder Care Matters

Non-Legal matters

Non-legal disputes between neighbors, co-workers, and other emotionally charged issues

Financial

Benefits-eligible employees are entitled to one initial 30-minute consultation with a trained financial professional at no cost. Consultations take place by telephone, and do not include debt consolidation services.

After the initial 30-minute, free consultation, if additional mediation is required and you wish to retain the participating mediator, you will be offered a discounted fee: 25% off the mediator's normal hourly rate.
