Effective April 13, 2026, our Workers Compensation insurance provider, PMA, is rebranding as Lodestar Claims & Risk Services, Inc. This is a brand change only. The services and support will remain the same.
What is Not Changing
- Continuity of Service: Claims, programs, and reporting workflows will continue without interruption.
- Key Contacts: Your claims adjusters, account team, and current contact information remain unchanged.
- Active Claims: All active claims and medical care will proceed as before. Employees with open claims will be notified directly by the carrier.
- Systems: Existing claims reporting systems and processes remain in place.
What is Changing
- Brand Identity: You will begin seeing the Lodestar name and logo on communications and the new external website.
- Pharmacy Cards: A new pharmacy card will be issued. (Note: Existing cards will continue to work during the transition).
- New Toll-Free Number: 866-886-6305.
- Email Migration: Over time, the Customer Service, Managed Care, and Financial Support teams will transition to new email addresses ending in @radiusrservices.com.
- Note: All current email addresses will remain active with automatic forwarding in place to ensure no disruption in communication.
