Effective today, Tuesday, July 29, PMA, the Workers Compensation insurance provider, is transitioning to a new reporting system.
Each HR representative who reports claims to PMA through the Report A Claim link on PMA's website will need to register for access to RadiusR, PMA's new Report a Claim solution.
The benefits of RadiusR include:
- New look and feel to PMA's online claim reporting functionality
- User self-registration
- Multi-factor authentication for greater client data security
- Ability to save draft claims to complete during later sessions
The following step-by-step instructions will guide you through the registration and claims reporting processes. These guides are also available on PMA's Report a Claim website.
