The deadline to submit 2025 Healthcare and Dependent Care claims to UnitedHealthcare is Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
- To check your FSA balance or submit a claim, please visit myuhc.com or call United Healthcare for assistance at 800-232-9357.
- If you participated in the Healthcare FSA and do not submit 2025 claims by Tuesday, March 31, 2026, you will forfeit any 2025 balance in excess of $660.
- If you participated in the Dependent Care FSA―including the Child Care Benefit―and do not submit 2025 claims by Tuesday, March 31, 2026, you will forfeit any remaining 2025 balance.
