At the end of the academic year, we wanted to remind you that if you have a faculty or staff member in your unit or department that expresses an interest in retiring, please direct them to schedule a retirement facilitation with the HR Benefits Service Center to go over the benefits available after retirement. Faculty and staff can schedule an appointment by emailing [email protected] or calling 212-851-7000.
All faculty and staff can also schedule a 1-on-1 retirement consultation with a TIAA or Vanguard representative, either in person at Columbia or over the phone. Faculty and staff schedule an appointment with TIAA or with Vanguard on their respective platforms.
