Dear Colleagues:
Effective Wednesday, August 5, TalentLink, our applicant tracking system (ATS) powered by PageUp, will feature an updated navigation layout. This vendor-driven update is designed to simplify daily navigation and enhance your overall system experience.
Note for Hiring Managers: This update does not impact users who only have Hiring Manager-level access.
What's changing:
- New Sidebar Navigation: The current main menu will be replaced with a streamlined sidebar featuring top-level menu options and slide-out submenus. All existing menu items will remain available and will be organized for easier access.
- Bookmarking Support: You will be able to pin frequently accessed jobs or candidates to the sidebar for one-click access by selecting the bookmark icon. Items can be unpinned at any time.
Why these changes are being made:
- Faster Workflows: More streamlined navigation with fewer clicks.
- Better Accessibility: Fully responsive design that works across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
- Stronger Foundation: A stronger platform foundation that will allow PageUp to introduce future TalentLink improvements and features more efficiently.
