Total Rewards Statement Available in PAC

Dear Colleagues:

We are excited to announce the launch of a new PeopleSoft feature – the Total Rewards Statement. It is currently available through PAC for Officers of Administration and Officers of the Libraries. Both groups are in Phase 1 of this rollout, which will expand to include Officers of Instruction and Officers of Research once their TLAM migration is complete.

HR Benefits recently hosted a lunch and learn session to review the Total Rewards Statement, which can be viewed below.

The Total Rewards Statement is a comprehensive snapshot of your compensation, including your annual salary and benefits. It is separate from any discounts that may be available to you as a Columbia employee. (Note: The data in PAC is available for the 2025 calendar year. Data from 2026 is not yet available.)
