We are happy to announce that a Workforce Demographics Dashboard is now available for manager self-service and management reporter users of PAC that displays your department's workforce demographics and retention data.
What's New
A filterable dashboard that provides a historical snapshot of demographic and retention data such as staffing and headcount by age, gender, or ethnicity.
Key Points
- The data displayed is based upon your PAC security access for employees in departments you can view.
- The dashboard is available on the BI Launch Pad accessible via my.Columbia. The path is: my.columbia.edu > HR Manager > Reports > HR Manager Reports. The dashboard is listed with all other reports in the HR folder.
- You will find the Workforce Demographics Dashboard link in your favorites. After clicking on that link, you will reach the Microsoft Power BI login screen. Your login ID should be in the format of [email protected] – along with your usual password and multi-factor authentication.
- The dashboard snapshots default to display the past 10 years of data for your department access. You can filter the data using the dropdown options and slicers at the top of the page.
- Employees who were terminated in prior years remain in the data snapshot, per specific year and data view.
