Time and Absence Management

Columbia University employees are entitled to generous paid time off, including sick days and personal days. Schools and departments must maintain accurate records in People@Columbia (PAC) to verify labor costs, sick leave, personal days and vacation allowances for both Support Staff and all Officers, and to determine overtime pay for Hourly Officers and Support Staff.
