ePerformance in PAC Learning Module

As we finalize FY25 goal setting, ePerformance in PAC can assist with the documentation, notification, and workflow. It provides a simplified option to enter your goals, competencies, development items, and update the form throughout the performance period through self-evaluation. Managers enter ratings and comments directly into the document.

Key Points

  1. The form moves between employees to managers using workflow.
  2. Documents can be exported and saved if desired.
  3. When selecting an ePerformance document,
    1. The Short Form document is a revised shortened version.
    2. The Long Form document is the formerly titled Short Form and contains the checkpoint, finalize criteria, and nomination steps.
    3. The prior Long Form has been retired and is available for viewing in your historical documents. It will be titled “Retired – FY24 Long Form.”

Training and Resources

Access the ePerformance in PAC training course to learn how to use the forms. This course is for both employees and managers. Sign in with your UNI and password and then click the “LAUNCH” button next to the module.
