We are happy to announce that we have revised the ePerformance Short Form in PAC.
What’s New
The ePerformance Short Form has been shortened to provide a simplified option to complete the documents for the performance review process.
The form provides entry for goals, competencies, development, self-evaluation comments, and manager comments. The checkpoint, finalize criteria and nomination review steps have been removed from this version.
The workflow has been streamlined to reduce the number of steps to completion. After the employee enters their goals, the employee sends a notification to the manager to approve them. When the employee completes their self-evaluation comments, managers receive a notification automatically. When the manager completes their evaluation, provides the rating, and the employee acknowledges the manager’s evaluation, that completes the process.

- The Long Form document is the formerly titled Short Form and contains the checkpoint, finalize criteria, and nomination steps.
- The prior Long Form has been retired and is available for viewing in your historical documents. It will be titled “Retired – FY24 Long Form.”
