Paying for an independent school education is a significant investment. Although affordability can be an issue, it may be helpful to explore an independent school education as one of your child's options and to learn how these schools can support families to bring the tuition cost closer to meet their financial needs. Know what to expect as you travel though the process, how to separate fact from fiction, and how to leverage the help and supports that are available to you.
Presenter: Mark J. Mitchell, Vice President, Access & Affordability at National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), supports the work of K-12 schools and other organizations in the effective administration of financial aid programs. Mark regularly presents on tuition pricing, affordability, demographic and income trends, and school financial aid management.
