If a proposed salary increase is equal to or greater than 10% of the incumbent’s current base salary, a Salary Exception Review Form must be submitted to the appropriate CUHR Business Partner for review.
The CUHR Business Partner will submit the Salary Exception Review Form to the Compensation Department for approval, as necessary.
