Dear colleagues,

Welcome to the February edition of Your CUHR (Columbia University Human Resources) Connection, designed to provide a snapshot of what Human Resources offers you.

News

  • No matter where you are in life - just getting started or planning for retirement - a session with a TIAA financial consultant can help you create a plan for your goals. And, it's at no cost as a part of your retirement plan. One-on-one, in-person sessions will take place at both the Studebaker Building (615 West 131st Street) or the Hammer Health Sciences Building (701 West 168th Street) during February and March. The next session is Monday, February 26. View the full schedule. Vanguard is also hosting one-on-one phone and video consultations in the coming weeks. Register here for a meeting with Vanguard.
  • If you had a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Dependent Care FSA in 2023, then March 31, 2024 is the deadline to submit any claims from 2023 to UnitedHealthcare. To check your FSA balance or submit a claim, visit myuhc.com or call United Healthcare for assistance at 800-232-9357.
