Learning and Development is excited to announce that the Management Development Program and Cultivating Leadership Presence Program will resume in-person this semester.
The Management Development Program is an 8-week program focusing on day-to-day management skills such as: team performance and goal setting, communication and conflict management, coaching and feedback, and more.
Cultivating Leadership Presence is a 7-week program aimed at improving self-awareness and building confidence in personal leadership and public speaking skills.
