Dear Colleague,
We are very happy to announce a new module, Verify Student Status, is now available in PeopleSoft. This new functionality is designed to provide real-time information about a student casual’s or student officer’s status in PAC, the department they are or were working in, and whether the student is holding multiple positions including any stipend positions.
What You Need To Do
On the PAC landing page, navigate to Main Menu > Manager Self Service > Job and Personal Information > Verify Student Status. You can search for a student by entering their UNI or EMPLID in the search fields. The system will only return results for those who are coded as students or those receiving stipends. If students are promoted to a non-student position, the data will not display.
This module is part of the Manager Self-Service access. If you or anyone in your department needs this functionality, please fill out a PAC Access Application form via ServiceNow. Note that applying for Manager Self-Service access will provide other access and transaction ability.
