Reminder: Register for EBPA's CU Tuition Tracking System
The Columbia University Tuition Programs Team has worked closely with EBPA, our third party administrator, in developing a customized CU Tuition Tracking System for Primary Tuition Scholarship (PTS) & College Tuition Scholarship (CTS) Applications, to enhance your customer service experience and provide online status updates of the processing of your application: In Progress, Pending or Paid. Once your tuition scholarship benefit has been Paid, the CU Tuition Tracking Systems provides you an opportunity to view your Explanation of Payment online or save for your records.
To all the Officers who have already registered, thank you! To Officers who have not, we encourage you to register to track the status of your application with EBPA. Registration requires your Columbia email address and password creation. Your uploaded applications will be available on the portal for tracking in 2-3 business days after submission.

In the event your uploaded portal application is recorded as incomplete, or missing required information, EBPA will notify you by email. Please respond to EBPA as quickly as possible to avoid any processing delays. Your application will be Pending and no payment will be made, until the missing information and/or documentation is provided. Application processing begins after all required documentation is received and can take up to 15 business days during high volume periods.
EBPA will also send a letter to your home mailing address in confirmation of the benefit amount and payment date to the school, by U.S. mail. For general questions, visit the EBPA website or call EBPA Customer Service: 1-888-456-4576, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm EST.
