Starting today, December 1, LifeWorks is the new administrator of Columbia University’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Humana no longer offers this service and we have worked closely with our Humana partners to make this transition as smooth as possible.
To ensure continuity of service for our faculty and staff, anyone who is currently engaged in a series of counseling sessions will be able to continue with their Humana counselor through the end of the 2022 calendar year.
Next week, we will host two informational forums with LifeWorks to discuss the transition, demonstrate the new mobile app where you can access all EAP services, and answer any other questions you might have:
