Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for current and prospective One Pass Select users.

Q. How does One Pass Select work?
A. On the One Pass Select website, browse the price tier that best suits you, then sign up and receive your membership code. Use that code to enroll at any fitness location in the tier you chose.

In the Classic, Standard, Premium and Elite tiers, you can also enjoy grocery and home essentials delivery at no additional cost as part of your One Pass Select subscription.

Q: How much does each plan cost?
A: 
Virtual-only classes: $5/month
Classic plan (11,000+ gym locations): $25/month
Standard plan (12,000+ gym locations, including those in Classic): $59/month
Premium plan (14,000+ gym locations, including those in Standard): $99/month
Elite plan (16,000+ gym locations, including those in Premium): $139/month

Q: What fitness facilities are included in each plan?
A:
Some of the facilities include, but are not limited to: New York Sports Clubs, Planet Fitness, CrossFit, RetroFitness, Blink, LA Fitness, Crunch, OrangeTheory, Pure Barre and Row House.

Q: For facilities that have limited classes, can you max out the number of classes you have each month at multiple gyms? 
A:
 Yes, if a specific gym lets you take eight classes a month at one location, and another location also allows you to do eight classes, you can take the 16 classes that month: eight at each location. You have to enroll with your code at each location. 

Q: My gym isn't listed on the One Pass Select website. Can it be added?
A:
To request that your gym be added to the One Pass Select program, please contact One Pass Select Customer Support at 877-515-9364, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET. You can also visit the Help Center on the One Pass Select website. Select the Contact Support button, and select Submit a Case to send an electronic correspondence. There is also live chat support on the page.

Q: I'm already a member at a fitness location that is in the One Pass Select network. What can I do?
A:
You can enroll in One Pass Select, then let your fitness location know that you are part of One Pass Select to have your membership transferred. 

Q: Is there an option to pause my One Pass Select membership?
A: 
No, at this time, there is not an option to pause your One Pass Select membership.

Q: How do I cancel my One Pass Select membership?
A: 
You may submit a cancellation request at any time on the portal dashboard at OnePassSelect.com. Because your One Pass membership is billed in advance, you must cancel at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date (the 1st of each month) for your cancellation to be effective at the end of the following month. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the next billing date will be effective at the end of the second calendar month after you submit a cancellation request.

Q: Will I receive a physical One Pass Select membership card?
A: 
One Pass Select currently does not have a physical card. You may print out the One Pass Select membership ID dashboard to bring with you to show the gym, if needed.

Q: Do I need to be enrolled in a United Healthcare health plan to join One Pass Select?
A:
No, One Pass Select is open to all benefits-eligible employee, even if they are not a member of a United Healthcare plan.

Q: Can I use my FSA or HSA plans to pay for One Pass Select?
A: 
No. One Pass Select is not FSA/HSA eligible.

Q: What is an HSID or HealthSafe ID? 
A:
HealthSafe ID is UnitedHealth Group’s authentication method developed for authenticating users across the enterprise. 

Q: If a member already has a HealthSafe ID, will it apply to the new One Pass Select experience as well? 
A:
Yes, it will be the same HealthSafe ID login used for One Pass Select enrollment. 

Q: What happens if a member forgets their HealthSafe ID? 
A: If members can’t remember their login credentials, they should click the ‘forgot password’ link or contact One Pass Select Customer Support, which will email a password reset link. The Customer Service phone number is 1-877-515-9364. There also is chat support on the member portal where members can ask questions related to their account.
