Long-Term Care

Change hats for changes in life Insurance needs

Long-Term Care Insurance is coverage an insured person can use during their lifetime to pay the high cost of convalescent care. It can also help protect the family in the event of the death of an insured person.

The special one-time enrollment period with Chubb Guaranteed Life with Long-Term Care ended on February 27, 2026. If additional enrollment opportunities become available, HR Benefits will notify faculty and staff in advance.

If you enrolled in a long-term care insurance plan with Chubb Guaranteed Life, and have any questions (ex: beneficiary and address updates, banking information changes, claims or cancellations), please contact the Chubb customer service center at 833-542-2013.

Anyone who is already enrolled in the Trustmark Universal Life with long term care plan will remain in place, but there will be no further enrollments in Trustmark.

If you have any questions, please contact the Benefits Service Center at [email protected].
