CopeColumbia is a program developed by faculty in the Department of Psychiatry at Columbia in the wake of the early stages of the US COVID pandemic to foster collective well-being and resilience in health care providers and other faculty and staff at CUIMC and the larger CU community by sharing evidence-based coping strategies, facilitating access to peer support, and contributing to an inclusive and compassionate culture.

Services

Services include peer support groups, individual peer support sessions, Townhalls/webinars on topics related to well-being and resilience, as well as focused work with different groups, including leadership groups on supporting/building team resilience.
